The Korean Women in Mathematical Sciences holds the annual conference named “Leaders Forum for the Careers of Next-Generation Women Mathematical Scientists”, which is mostly supported by the Korea Federation of Women’s Science and Technology Associations.

- Enhance understanding of roles and leadership of experts in mathematical science through invited talks
- Strengthen networking among women in mathematical sciences across academia and industry through the SWEET Fellows Network
Specialized Mentoring Programs by Level
- Type 1: Content-based “M-Story” mentoring program targeting elementary, middle, high school students and undergraduate women (May–August)
- Type 2: Research mentoring for female undergraduate and graduate students (May–September)
- Type 3: Next Generation Community (NGC) mentoring hosted by KWMS (July)
